Kelly O’Neill Dwight is a Principal with NexGen Marketing Group. She is a dynamic, innovative results focused professional equipped with over 15 years of proven success delivering realized contributions through astute leadership of strategic initiatives to companies, clients and customers in the areas of business operations, marketing, professional services, project management and product management

In the span of her career, she has overseen multi-million dollar programs, managed life-cycles from concept to sunset and directed global portfolios introducing new products and services within leading firms across multiple industries, including companies such as TCI, AT&T, ICG, Avaya, The Sports Authority and Encana Natural Gas. For seven years, with her affinity for learning, Kelly has served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver – engaging students in and instructing them in Business Strategy, Technology Management and Project Management courses in the Professional Studies program.

Kelly specializes in alliance management, collaboratively orchestrating and building teams, developing executable roadmaps and plans, creating targeted communication, and implementing and delivering relevant solutions. She has deep experience in strategic portfolio planning, PMO establishment and practice, directing the full product lifecycle, software development lifecycle (SDLC) and integrations and best practice process application.

Within her work portfolio, key initiatives encompass, the introduction of Digital Cable, High Speed Internet, HFC Telephony, ERP (JDE 8.9.-8.12), SaaS and ASP Solutions, Multi-channel Contact and Business Intelligence solutions, E-Commerce, Integrations and branding, organizational change management, custom software application development, network, infrastructure, business process and operational programs. Kelly’s breadth of experience in multiple arenas is coupled with a practical and pragmatic approach to translate business needs into well-defined sustainable solutions that are designed to fuel business growth, generate productivity and increase revenue and profit.

Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management (MOTM), and a Certificate in Project-based Management from the University of Denver, and is a practicing Project Management Professional, with the Project Management Institute. She attained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado double majoring in Communications and Psychology. She also has a six-sigma Green Belt and her ITIL-V3 certification.
