While it is certainly preferred to work with clients on a face-to-face basis or onsite, we know from experience that this is always not necessary or efficient. Therefore, when you hire the NextGen Marketing Group™ we will carefully assess how best to work with you, resource the project, and what blend of onsite/offsite work will be desired.
Onsite Work
For interim executive assignments or major strategic projects, it is usually best to have a NextGen Braintrust™ executive spend considerable time at your business location, working closely with you and your team of resources. Normally, we determine as the project goes along what amount of time is best spent onsite and how much can be managed remotely. This is always determined between our client and the lead executive. If other resources are required from either our NextGen Braintrust™ team or V-Market™/Enabling Technologies partners, we can also deploy them onsite as needed.
Offsite/Virtual Work
In place of or in addition to onsite work, all resources of the NextGen Marketing Group™ can be connected to our clients as needed “virtually”---leveraging video, web and audio conferencing technologies. Offsite resources can be a very efficient and cost effective way to leverage the best talent, experience, and skills we have available to be applied to your business marketing challenges. Virtual meetings, virtual presentations, or virtual collaborations are all techniques we use to facilitate efficient idea sharing, strategy design, and effective project implementation.
