Virtual Talent Match - based on the specific of the position you are trying to fill or the project details, we will recommend professional resources that fit your requirements in terms of experience and skill. You will review and approve these resources and will also be able to interview or meet with them via video or multimedia conferencing prior to approval.
Multimedia Conferencing - to facilitate efficient communications and collaboration, we connect you and the assigned resources to each other via advanced multimedia conferencing and collaborations systems. These tools provide desktop video conferencing, web conferencing, audio conferencing, desktop sharing, file sharing and meeting recording capabilities.
On-Demand Meetings - once you are all connected, working together, or reviewing critical work Is easy. Our team is "Always-On" and accessible via instant messaging, video, web, or audio conference. Meetings can be initiated quickly and resources can work together as they normally would to discuss work and function as an effective team.

On-Demand Pricing

The NextGen "Unlimited Plan" - based on the defined amount if resources you require and if these resources will be working with you on a full-time basis, we will develop a
flat rate, unlimited pricing proposal which focuses on the work----not on the billable hours. This flat rate is adjusted per level of employee and additive per incremental resource assigned.
The NextGen "Pay-As-You-Go" Plan - if you are not sure how much resource or time will be required for the work you need accomplished, we can establish a simple process where you pay-as-you-go on a monthly basis. This is a month-to-month arrangement that proposes an hourly rate per assigned resource allocated to the work effort. Hourly rates range from $125 to $225 per hour on an ala carte basis per resource.
NextGen Braintrust™ Monthly or Annual Resource Memberships - this is a true innovation on our industry---one designed to make it easy, efficient, and affordable for businesses of all sizes to tap into the power of the NextGen Braintrust™ for resources. You can select from a range of various memberships that allow you to procure a

NextGen Project Plan - if you have a specific project you needed tackled, you can hire the NextGen Braintrust™ to drive this project for your business---for a flat fee. This might be developing a Strategic Marketing Plan, writing a Product Plan, or developing a Sales Compensation Program. Whatever the project, we will discuss the details with you upfront, propose NextGen Braintrust™ resources that match up with the required knowledge and experience to successfully complete the project, and propose a flat, affordable project fee for the work. Once approved, we can work on-site or virtually using our technology platforms to drive the project to a successful and efficient completion. Prices will be determined by the extent of the project, the number of resources assigned, the amount of work expected, and the balance of on-site vs. virtual work.
