Robert (Bob) Granadino is an American Inventor, Entrepreneur, and Technology Visionary.
Granadino is known for his dynamic leadership skills, global conscience business approach and possessing a passionate focus on meeting the needs of his customers with innovative products and services. He is the inventor of the celebrated ergonomic computer keyboard, co-designing and licensing, with his partner Hernan Camacho, the technology that came to comprise the keyboards made popular by such companies as Microsoft, Belkin and Logitech. While working at Toshiba, Granadino led the creation of one of the largest Wi-Fi networks and mobile computing services in the US. He was a founding executive team member of Boingo Wireless with EarthLink chairman & founder Sky Dayton. He led EarthLink into the broadband business in the 1990s, creating the largest US consumer broadband network in the country producing today over $500MM in revenue. He has led numerous Board-level discussions and helped raise eight-figure funding for businesses he has been involved in. He holds eight US patents with licensing agreements to major manufacturers worldwide. He is a marketing, business development, and online direct marketing expert, responsible for the creation of a many multi-million dollar products and deals.
Granadino is a graduate of UC Berkeley. He is a an avid sports enthusiast and competitor playing soccer on local teams in Los Angeles; Mountain climbing in the California Sierras; Sailing off the coast of California; and golfing. He also enjoys coaching his daughter's AYSO soccer team in Pasadena, California, where he lives with his wife, Gloria, and four children.
