Tom Kessler brings both breadth and depth of real world experience to help solve critical business or marketing challenges.  During his 24 year career he developed his marketing acumen working in packaged goods brand management, communication service marketing, e-commerce start-ups and then most recently as a partner in an interactive agency.  He has a passion for always “putting the customer first”   through deep understanding of their needs and ensuring the brand promise, products and offers align with the most valuable customers.

Tom is a classically trained marketing leader who spent the first 10 years of his career in brand management at Kraft, introducing new products and developing multi-channel advertising and promotional campaigns for the Oscar Mayer brand.  He spent 5 years at Sprint reaching the position of Vice President of Marketing were he led cross functional teams in all areas of advertising, customer acquisition, direct marketing, customer management and database marketing.  During his tenure he was chosen as one of the Top 10 Marketers in the U.S. under 40 by Brand Week.

Following Sprint, Tom was the CMO for USA Global Link, an international business to business telecommunications provider and Service Magic.com, an internet start up (now an IAC company) that matches service providers with homeowners seeking home improvement services.

For the past 10 years Tom was a partner for Rosetta, the largest independently owned interactive agency in the U.S.  At Rosetta, he developed sophisticated and personalized programs that identified ideal customer segments to target and led multi-channel marketing programs that tailored the products, messages and offers utilizing, email, web, call center, retail, and direct mail channels.  His clients included Rogers Communications in Canada, T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, Qwest, Microsoft and DirecTV.  He also served leading travel and leisure clients such as MGM Resorts International and Intrawest.

Tom holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a BS from Carroll University.

Tom is a member of the American Marketing Association, Cable Telecommunications Marketing Association, and is the Chairman of Oasis Network, a non-profit organization helping families of children with chronic illness and special needs. Tom is married with three children.
