Project Support, World-Class Resources:
When you are placed on a new client project through the NextGen Marketing Group™, you have complete access to all NextGen Braintrust™, V-Market™ and Virtual Business Services resources to help you and your client achieve success. You are not just providing your own individual expertise---but have our entire team behind you. You can still lead and drive the project with the client, but now can tap into other experience knowledge and expertise if your client needs require it.
For new proposals, you have the support of a Managing Director or Corporate resources to help you build the right proposal and offer to your client. Once the project begins, we handle all the billing, collections and payment.
Qualifications:
In order to be considered for admission into the NextGen Braintrust™ program, you must have the following qualifications:
- 10-15 years professional experience in senior management within a corporate marketing/sales/care leadership or similar position at a marketing agency/firm.
- 5-10 years of successful marketing consulting experience with your own firm, boutique or larger consulting organization. This experience can be in lieu of or in addition to the corporate or agency work.
- Substantial knowledge of both macro and micro level marketing/sales/care strategies and tactical programs.
- Track record of professional success.
- Strong professional references
- Ability to work across all levels of an organization
- Ability to work with all sizes of businesses and structures.
- Must be comfortable with the use of technology---broadband Internet, wireless, web cameras, PC skills, MS Office and standard business programs.
- Ability to travel on request
Types of NextGen Braintrust™ Programs:
Principal Level:
As a Principal (Senior or Junior) level executive on the NextGen Braintrust™ team, you will be offered premier level of support, tools and marketing push to maximize the utilization of your time and skills. You receive access to all the services, tools, technology outlined above, plus are paid at a higher rate for all projects and given top priority for new opportunities as they surface. In order to be assigned Principal level executive status with the NextGen Braintrust™, you must:
- No projects outside our program
- No conflicts of interest...either your own consulting firm or affiliation with other competitive firms
- Attend team calls and meetings
- Stay up to-date on new programs and training
- Help us promote our business and story
- Reach out and market NextGen Marketing Group™
- 2 proposals per month
Consultant Level:
For those executives who still wish to offer their professional expertise to clients of the NextGen Marketing Group™, but wish to maintain other, outside consulting firm relationships---we have created the Consultant level executive program so you can participate with us. As a Consultant level executive, you will still become a part of the NextGen Braintrust™ team and be available for online client requests or other projects as they surface across the NextGen Marketing Group™. Consultant level executives still receive:
- Bio listing on detailed NextGen Braintrust™ section of public website
- Are available resources for all online client consulting or virtual advisory session requests.
- Placement on all membership clients or any other projects that funnel through the NextGen Marketing Group™ based on customer request, experience fit, and availability. However---Managing Directors and Principals do get first priority and screening for placement on all major projects.
- Business cards and email account
- Access to larger NextGen Marketing Group™ closed website for shared calendar, discussions, blogs and basic company information. Access to secure and proprietary information such as proposals, pricing, etc., is restricted.
- Project based connections to virtual business platforms---placed on services as we staff you on a project or client requests you.
- Internal announcements, bio’s created, and access to Members Area of Groupsite.
The NextGen Marketing Group™ Consultant Level program is mutually advantageous in that it allows you to connect with us and enjoy incremental benefits from our business relationship, but does not require you to consult exclusively through our firm. You are also not expected to be proactive for business or market development as Principal level executives are. However, be aware that Consultant level executives will receive less marketing push, systems and technology tool access, be restricted to client or company sensitive information, and compensation opportunities are more limiting than those offered our Principal level executives.
What Does it Cost to Become a NextGen Braintrust™ executive?
Unlike many firms, we do not charge membership dues, annual fees, or huge up front investment requirements. However, we have invested significantly in developing our business model, services, and technologies---so we do charge an entry fee to get set-up and activated as part of the NextGen Braintrust™ team. This is a one-time fee paid upon initiation of our relationship:
Principal Level:
One-Time Activation Fee $1,500 (with PR and Media Kit)
Or $1000 (without PR and Media Kit)
Consultant Level:
One Time Activation Fee $750 (no PR or Media Kit)
