Prior to founding Auromira Executive Advantage (Auromira) in 2001, Melodie held executive positions in marketing, product management and operations with U.S. and international telecommunications and technology companies, both mature and start-up. Most recently, she was SVP of Global Marketing and Sales Operations for Level(3) Communications. At Auromira, Melodie and her team help businesses hire, train and retain top performing professional and executive talent by providing national recruitment, contract staffing, management development workshops, coaching and HR advisory services. Melodie speaks regularly on leadership, on the changing labor market as well as on topics of recruitment, workforce management and professional development. She is the Chairman and President of TiE- Rockies , an association that fosters entrepreneurship and she served as a judge for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2005 & 2006.
