Terms and Conditions for ALL (Platinum) Memberships
- Purchased hours may be used over any period of time during the membership period you purchase----annually or quarterly.
- Members may select any NextGen BRAINTRUST executive resource for the virtual consultations. On site hours can also be applied, but any travel and expenses will be charged if out of town trips are required.
- If more than one NextGen BRAINTRUST executive resource is scheduled per session, all hours are allocated per resource. So each resource draws from the allocated hours on a per hour basis per executive.
- Hours may be used for any marketing/sales support request that is applicable to the products and services offered through the NextGen Braintrust™ , V-Market™, or Virtual Business Services categories. Hours are only for NextGen Braintrust™ resources. V-Market™ or Virtual Business Services affiliate partner hours are not included in the membership program. If these services are recommended or requested, separate price quotes will be prepared by the NextGen Braintrust™ executive resource for the applicable V-Market™ or Virtual Business Service.
- Purchased NextGen Braintrust™ hours may be applied to a specific project as well based on the specified products and services listed under the NextGen Braintrust™ area of this website. Other projects may also be applied if approved by NextGen Marketing Group and the assigned NextGen Braintrust™ executive resource.
- No carry-over hours exist annually or quarterly. You will be charged a flat fee for the prepaid hours and must use them during the time period selected.
- Credits will not be issued for unused NextGen Braintrust™ hours.
- All memberships are prepaid--quarterly or annually. Payment must be confirmed and received prior to the beginning of any NextGen Braintrust™ executive resource sessions.
