Liz began her career with a degree in engineering working in Supply Chain roles where she contributed to major reliability improvements, created total productive maintenance programs and implemented high performance work systems in Procter & Gamble’s food division. After earning her MBA, Liz transitioned into marketing and held positions of increasing responsibility in P&G’s health and beauty division. There she pioneered development of new brands including ThermaCare and drove Old Spice to market leadership. Throughout her career, she has repositioned and solved the marketing challenges of many national brands including Secret, Sure, NyQuil, DayQuil, Vicks, Scope, Crisco, Duncan Hines, Renuzit, Dial, Tone, Coast, and Pure & Natural.
As Senior Vice President/General Manager of the Dial Corporation, Liz launched the highly successful Dial for Men sub-line and implemented a company-wide innovation process. She followed this with a role at Isagenix, a privately held direct sales firm, where she was Senior Vice President/Chief Marketing Officer. There she created branding, strategic planning, consumer insights and new product development platforms which doubled sales and expanded her expertise to include e-commerce and digital marketing. Most recently, Liz created a consulting firm which focused on start-ups including a political campaign and a mobile market research/lead generation app.
